RECAP: JJK Season 2 Episode 21 Spoilers and What to Expect in Episode 22
Taking their battle to the wartorn streets of Shibuya, Mahito unleashes the full might of this horrifying Idle Transfiguration technique on Yuji and Aoi Todo. After his attempt to overwhelm his foes with Transfigured humans fails, he activates his Domain Expansion, which he uses to rip off Todo’s arm.
Unfortunately for Mahito, the memory of his brotherly bond with Yuji and his crush on his idol Nobuko Takada gives Todo the strength to keep fighting. Finding clever ways to use his signature Boogie Woogie technique with one hand, Todo puts Mahito in the perfect position to receive devastating punches from Yuji, who manages to beat the Cursed Spirit into a broken, sobbing mess.
However, before Yuji can deliver the killing blow, Pseudo-Geto arrives on the scene, condescendingly asking Mahito if he needs to be saved. With the mastermind behind the plot to seal Satoru Gojo away taking center stage, what was once a triumph will likely become a tragedy for our heroes.
