Peat Blocks are new evolutionary items introduced in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. They evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna, a new evolution in the Pokemon series introduced in this generation. Throughout the course of the story of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, players will battle lots of Noble Pokemon that are in frenzy mode. It is up to the Trainer to battle these Pokemon and calm them down. While many of these Pokemon are considered the game’s “boss battles,” they cannot be captured in these fights. Instead, the player must journey out and find these Pokemon on their own. The good news is that Trainers can find Ursaring in the Crimson Mirelands fairly easily. After that, it’s only a matter of finding Peat Blocks to evolve one into Ursaluna. In this guide, we will show you where to find Peat Blocks in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Where to Find Peat Block in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Ursaluna

To find Peat Blocks in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, read down below. We list every place you can find one in the game:

  • Ginko Guild Shop: Ginter always has different items for sale to purchase. If you see he is selling a “Hunk of Coal” for 10,000 Poke Dollars, snag it. This is actually a Peat Block.
  • Request 86: Gone Astray… in the Icelands has players find Wanda’s brother in the Alabaster Icelands. A Peat Block is your reward for completing this request.
  • Shaking Ore: Attack every shaking ore that appears. They have a low chance to drop a Peat Block after a wild Pokemon encounter.
  • Hunting with Ursaluna: To use an Ursaluna to get an Ursaluna. Ride on the back of the mount Pokemon to hunt for treasure. This is the hardest method of getting Peat Blocks, however.

After getting a Peat Block, go back to the camp and change the time of day until a full moon is cast above in the dark night sky. This will take a few tries, but once you get it, you can use the Peat Block to evolve Ursaring into Ursaluna. This incredibly powerful attacker is hard to get but very rewarding to have on your squad.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Should You Buy the Metallic Spread? https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-should-you-buy-the-metallic-spread/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-should-you-buy-the-metallic-spread/#respond Sun, 06 Mar 2022 14:19:16 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=828412

For those Pokemon fans who are looking for those last few Pokemon to fill out the rest of their Pokedex in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, they will need some items that in previous games, would need to be held for trades to evolve those Pokemon. However, in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Pokemon-held items no longer exist so evolving your Pokemon is a lot simpler. The Metallic Spread is one of those items.

What is the Metallic Spread in Pokemon Legends: Arceus?

The Metallic Spread is another name for the Metal Coat in other Pokemon games. Like the Transparent Mechanism, the Metallic Spread is sold at the Ginkgo Shop from Ginter, just like any other item at his shop. And just like other items at Ginter’s shop, items at Ginter’s shop disappear after you have caught 20 Pokemon. A Metal Coat is an evolutionary item found in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Ginter offers the Metallic Spread (Metal Coat) for ₽8,000.

Screenshot-254-1008x720

The Metal Coat can also be purchased from the Merit Shop with Merit Points. It costs 1000 Merit Points to purchase a Metal Coat. Merit Points can be obtained by picking up lost satchels all over the Hisui region.

There are some other methods to getting a Metal Coat without having to spend any money or points. One method is by capturing or defeating any Magnemite, Magneton, or Magnezone. Magnemite and Magneton can only be found in Space-Time Distortions in the Cobalt Coastlands. Magnezone spawns in the Coronet Highlands in three locations: the Celestica Trail, the Clamberclaw Cliffs, and the Fabled Spring. There is a small chance any of these three Pokemon will drop a Metal Coat if caught or defeated.

One other method to getting Metal Coats is through Space-Time Distortion Zones. There are many items that can be picked up in Space-Time Distortion Zones, so be sure to grab them all.

The Pokemon that evolve through a Metal Coat include:

  • Onix into Steelix
  • Scyther into Scizor

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Should You Buy the Transparent Mechanism? https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-should-you-buy-the-transparent-mechanism/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-should-you-buy-the-transparent-mechanism/#respond Sat, 05 Mar 2022 01:02:39 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=828272

Pokemon fans who need to fill out their Pokedex will need items that allow for their Pokemon to evolve. The Transparent Mechanism is no different and using it is very easy for new trainers. Do you need to know whether to buy the Transparent Mechanism in Pokemon Legends: Arceus? We have got you covered.

What Does the Transparent Mechanism Do?

Ginter at the Gingko Shop sells many items throughout the course of your adventure in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. One of those items is the Transparent Mechanism. The Transparent Mechanism is equivalent to the Dubious Disk in other Pokemon games and can be purchased from Ginter for ₽10,000. This item allows you to evolve Porygon2 into Porygon-Z.

No other Pokemon evolves from the Dubious Disk so once you have your Porygon-Z, you will have that Pokemon in your Pokedex. However, if you want more than one Porygon-Z, you will need to purchase more Transparent Mechanisms. Once Ginter offers the Transparent Mechanism, it will be available until you catch 20 more Pokemon. Every time you catch 20 Pokemon, Ginter’s offer changes.

Pokemon-Legends-Arceus-Porygon-evolution

Another way to get the Transparent Mechanism is through the Merit Point Shop. The Transparent Mechanism will be called the Dubious Disk and can be purchased for 1400 Merit Points at the Merit Point Shop. The last place you can get a Dubious Disk is through Space-Time Distortion Zones. Nearly every item in Space-Time Distortion Zones either can be sold for lots of money or be used in some way to help your Pokemon. You can also sell your Dubious Disk for ₽500. Though it is not advised.

Other ways to make some money without getting rid of your Dubious Disks are through catching many different kinds of Pokemon and picking up everything in Space-Time Distortions. Star Pieces can be crafted through Red, Blue, and Green Shards and one Stardust, and these go for a lot of money as well.

Where to Find Rowlet in Pokemon Legends: Arceus https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/where-to-find-rowlet-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/where-to-find-rowlet-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/#respond Tue, 01 Mar 2022 20:50:06 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=827519

Players who have been on Pokemon Legends: Arceus since it came out have been trying to seek out all the Pokemon in Hisui to fill up their Pokedex. With that in mind, it can be especially difficult to find those Pokemon who do not show up very often in their “rare” spawn points throughout the region. If you are in the middle of your collection journey or nearing the end, getting those hard-to-find Pokemon can be a challenge. Not sure where to find Rowlet in Pokemon Legends: Arceus? We’ve got you covered.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus Rowlet Location

To find Rowlet, you can either talk to Professor Laventon after completing the main story or you can travel to the Coronet Highlands after you have completed the main story for Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Once you have reached the Highlands, wait there for a space-time distortion to appear. If one does not appear for some time, head back to your base and sleep. Wait, sleep, and repeat until a space-time distortion appears.

pokemon-legends-arceus-coronet-highlands-main-map-1024x576-1

Rowlet only appears in space-time distortions in the Coronet Highlands. This means you cannot go to any other destination in the Hisui region to catch a Rowlet within a space-time distortion. When you go into a space-time distortion, you will find other Pokemon that spawn within that space. You will need to get lucky for a Rowlet to spawn. Once it does, be sure to throw a Pokemon at it first so that it cannot run away.

Try weakening Rowlet before catching it. So, be sure to have a Pokemon from levels ranging from 10-30 depending on how strong Rowlet is. After you have caught your Rowlet, you can train it up to level 17 to evolve into Dartrix and to level 36 to evolve into Deidueye. In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Decidueye has a new Hisuian form and new typings, Fighting and Grass.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: What Do Unusual Shoes Do? https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-what-do-unusual-shoes-do/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-what-do-unusual-shoes-do/#respond Tue, 01 Mar 2022 01:16:18 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=827332

The first big update to Pokemon Legends: Arceus known as the Daybreak update includes a new pair of strange shoes that many players are unsure about. The Unusual Shoes are an addition to Pokemon Legends: Arceus that you can purchase from Ginter of the Ginkgo Guild. If you are wondering what the Unusual Shoes even are, or if they are even worth spending your money on, we’ve got you covered.

What Are Unusual Shoes Used For in Pokemon Legends: Arceus?

The Unusual Shoes in Pokemon Legends: Arceus are a pair of slippers that Ginter, the merchant of the Ginkgo Guild Shop in Jubilife Village, sells you. They can be worn anytime but to find them, you will need to head back to your stock in your quarters.

Screenshot-254-1008x720

The Unusual Shoes will go immediately into your cloth cabinet when purchased. You can head back to your cloth cabinet by heading to your quarters and interacting with your mirror. Step in front of your mirror and press “A” on “Change Outfit” to find your new pair of shoes.

Many players may have been confused since this is one of the rare times where an item you have purchased has not shown up in your stock. With that in mind, The Unusual Shoes will run players ₽5,000.

The Daybreak update also includes 90 free Poké Balls — 30 each of Ultra Balls, Gigaton Balls, and Jet Balls — by using the “ARCEUSADVENTURE” Mystery Code. These gifts are available until March 31.

Another new aspect of the latest update includes The Eternal Battle Reverie which will become available after completing all missions. After putting on your new Unusual Shoes, head out and explore the all-new Massive Mass Outbreaks by going to the Obsidian Fieldlands Heights Camp and talking to Mai. This starts a new series of requests from #95 to #102 which unlocks new content for the game.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: How to Start Daybreak Update Content and Requests https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-start-daybreak-update-content-and-requests/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-start-daybreak-update-content-and-requests/#respond Mon, 28 Feb 2022 20:57:55 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=827202

The Daybreak update has been released for Pokemon Legends: Arceus, adding a handful of new missions and requests available after completing the game’s main story. Version 1.1.0 of Pokemon Legends: Arceus added new massive outbreaks with Pokemon that don’t normally appear in certain areas, the Eternal Battle Reverie that features a gauntlet of challenging battles, and much more, so there’s plenty to look forward to in the Daybreak update. Getting started with the postgame requests is the first step in unlocking all the new content, however, but that’s not exactly clear how to do, so here’s how to get started with Daybreak in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

How to Start Daybreak in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Before you can start the new Daybreak content, you must first have completed the main story of Pokemon: Legends Arceus and have viewed the credits. After finishing the game, you can find Mai and her Munchlax at the Heights Camp in the Obsidian Fieldlands to begin a new quest called “A New Anomaly.” This is the first Daybreak quest and will set you on your way to unlocking the rest of the new content added in this update.

This quest will send you to Ramanas Island to the southwest where you’ll find a mass outbreak of Hisuian Zorua. This is odd since Zorua can’t normally be found in the Obsidian Fieldlands, so the Galaxy Expedition Team decides to investigate. Once you’ve found the Hisuian Zorua outbreak, you can continue with the rest of the Daybreak quests. The majority of them involve investigating strange new massive mass outbreaks in different areas of the Hisui region, but once you complete the outbreak quest in each area, you can move on to the battle challenges and other content added in the Daybreak update.

Pokemon Legends Arceus Eternal Battle Reverie: How to Unlock and Fight Opponents https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-eternal-battle-reverie-how-to-unlock-and-fight-opponents/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-eternal-battle-reverie-how-to-unlock-and-fight-opponents/#respond Mon, 28 Feb 2022 20:44:19 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=827176

The Daybreak content update has arrived for Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and players can unlock a new Battle Tower-like system called the Eternal Battle Reverie after completing the main storyline. Like all Daybreak content, you must complete the story of Pokemon Legends: Arceus in order to access it, but the Eternal Battle Reverie is not available immediately after starting the Daybreak content. You’ll have to play through the majority of the new missions before you can enter. Here’s how to unlock the Eternal Battle Reverie in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

How to Unlock the Eternal Battle Reverie in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

To unlock the Eternal Battle Reverie, you must first complete Request 102: Daybreak. This is one of the final quests in the Daybreak content update that was recently added to Pokemon Legends: Arceus. To reach it, you will have to complete the majority of the new quests in the update and work with Mai to observe massive mass outbreaks all over the Hisui region.

Eventually, you’ll receive the Daybreak request, which rewards you with some XL Exp. Candies, a Dawn Stone, and a Seed of Mastery. More importantly, the Eternal Battle Reverie will now be accessible. Just return to your quarters in Jubilife Village and sleep in your bed. You’ll be invited to the Eternal Battle Reverie where Arceus will test your mettle against an unending stream of enemy Pokemon.

How Does the Eternal Battle Reverie Work?

In the Eternal Battle Reverie, you will be forced to fight as many Pokemon as you can before your team is defeated. There is a wide range of Pokemon that you can battle, and you will be asked to choose your opponents from various categories. Some of them are self-explanatory like Electric-type Pokemon or Bug-type Pokemon, but some of them are a bit more confusing unless you’re really familiar with Pokemon. You can even battle Legendary Pokemon here if you choose the right category.

Where to Catch Cranidos in Pokemon Legends: Arceus https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/where-to-catch-cranidos-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/where-to-catch-cranidos-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/#respond Mon, 21 Feb 2022 21:39:31 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=825458

Cranidos, the headbutt Pokemon, is one of the two possible fossilized Pokemon who has been around for hundreds of millions of years ago according to the game’s lore. Since this mon was first introduced in Gen IV games, it makes perfect sense for this dino to exist in some kind of form in the Hisui region. Here is where you can catch Cranidos in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Where to catch Cranidos in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Cranidos can be caught during Space-Time distortion events in the Coronet Highlands. Since this Pokemon can’t technically be revived from its fossil, they appear from these anomalies that randomly happen in many of the open-world instances. You should note that a Cranidos appearing isn’t guaranteed during these events either. There is a handful of Pokemon that can spawn during Space-Time distortions.

For Pokedex completion purposes, you will have to obtain ten of these as well as 5 “large” variants of it. It’s hard to tell what is a large variant of a Pokemon without simply catching the Alpha versions of them. Luckily, you only have to evolve one to complete one of the research tasks.

Pokemon-Legends-Arceus-Rampardos

You need to level up a Cranidos to 30 so it can be eligible to evolve into Rampardos. Conveniently enough, you can also catch Rampardos during these events in the Coronet Highlands. To ease the annoyance of filling out the Pokdex, it’s best to prioritize the Cranidos so you can then evolve them into Rampardos to fulfill that “number caught” for the evolution.

Cranidos and Rampardos aren’t the best Pokemon to have in your party. Since there are no abilities in Legends: Arceus, they can’t make use of Mold Breaker. Rampardos might be extremely strong with its Attack and HP stats, but it’s heavily lacking in every other stat. Keep that in mind when assembling an endgame team.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Where to Get Peat Block https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-get-peat-block/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-get-peat-block/#respond Fri, 18 Feb 2022 07:24:48 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=825061

Ursaluna is quite the powerhouse of a Pokemon. While you can summon it on command with your trusty Celestica Flute, you can in fact use Ursuluna as a Pokemon in battle. For Pokedex completion reasons, you will need to evolve three Ursarings to get it, so you’ll need a certain item. That item is the Peat Block, so here, we’ll help you get one in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Where to get a Peat Block in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

There are two sources where you can find this item in the game. The first method is to complete Request 77, Gone Astray…in the Icelands. Upon completing this, you’ll earn an Ice Stone, Star Piece, and a Peat Block. Don’t worry that you only got one Peat Block. These can be acquired again unlike the Alolan Vulpix from Request 83.

The other method is to use Ursuluna’s item finder ability. It can find items that you normally couldn’t see laying out and about in the overworld. Once you have gone far enough into the story to tame it, bring it over to the Ginkgo Landing at the Cobalt Coastlands. Search the area on the sand until Ursuluna’s item finder picks up on something.

If you’re trying to fulfill the requirements to evolve Ursarings for your Pokedex, you’ll only need to complete that Request and dig up two Peat Blocks with Ursaluna. This grind isn’t too bad, though you should note that you have to wait for the game to have a full moon while using it. Otherwise, the item will not have an evolutionary effect. You won’t expend this item if you try to use it when there is no full moon. The Peat Block will simply have no effect.

Since you’ll only have three Ursalunas, you might want to have an Alpha with an Adamant nature. Ursaluna isn’t the best Special Attacker, but it is a very heavy normal Attacker, making it not only quite tanky, but very devastating to Pokemon susceptible to physical attacks.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: How to Evolve Bergmite into Avalugg https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-evolve-bergmite-into-avalugg/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-evolve-bergmite-into-avalugg/#respond Fri, 18 Feb 2022 06:00:10 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=825057

One of the stronger Pokemon from the sixth generation is the quadruped ice giant, Avalugg. Its species have been around since the Hisuian times but have some slight alterations to its form. Avalugg, the icicle Pokemon, is a form you’d want your Bergmite to evolve into. So here, we’ll help you evolve your Bergmite into Avalugg in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

How to evolve Bergmite into Avalugg in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Luckily, Bergmite can be evolved by leveling up. You have to only bring it up to 37 so it can then evolve into Avalugg. This is the same as the methods needed to evolve it from previous games. Even with the other Hisuian variants of Pokemon like Decidueye or Sneasel into Sneasler, they have some slightly different level requirements.

By the time you get to the Alabaster Icelands, you’ll start encountering higher-leveled Pokemon, including Bergmites and Avaluggs. Luckily for its Pokedex entry, you only have to evolve one to complete that part. These are common Pokemon found in Avalugg’s Legacy or the Arena’s Approach.

There are also Alpha variants that spawn if you’re lucky. In that case, you will have to defeat or catch any other Alphas that you see around so you can raise your chances of it spawning. Unfortunately, when your Bergmite evolves into an Avalugg, even in its Alpha form, it won’t be anywhere close to the size of the Noble one you battle during your playthrough.

Once you have your Avalugg, you want to make sure it has an Impish nature. This will sacrifice Sp. Attack for Defense, making this monstrosity an even harder shell to crack. If you max out its Defense stat by increasing its Effort Levels, you can reach 580 points into that stat, making it almost impervious to all physical attacks! Though, keep in mind, Avalugg heavily lacks in Sp. Defense and Speed, making it not ideal against faster Special Attackers.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: How to Get Reaper Cloth https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-get-reaper-cloth/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-get-reaper-cloth/#respond Fri, 18 Feb 2022 03:00:04 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=825041

There are so many ways to evolve Pokemon, especially when it comes to finding certain items that make them evolve. We already have things like the elemental stones for the Eeveelutions and the new Black Augurite to evolve Scyther into Kleavor. From past games, Dusclops can be evolved with an item it loves, according to the game’s lore. Here is how you can get a Reaper Cloth in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

How to get the Reaper Cloth in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

There are quite a few sources that can get you a Reaper Cloth in the game. You can get it from the Trade Shop lady for 1,400 Merit Points. These points can be earned by finding and retrieving Lost Satchels out in the different areas in the Hisui region. Lost Satchels are items dropped by other players who blacked out.

You can also obtain a Reaper Cloth by finding them in Space-Time distortion drops. They aren’t guaranteed because these tend to drop all sorts of evolutionary items. This isn’t the most reliable place to find them, but there’s a chance.

The final way to get this item is by finding them from captured or defeated Duskulls, Dusclops, and Dusknoirs in the wild. These drops are not guaranteed, but they have a chance of dropping them after battling. You’ll naturally get one if you’re trying to complete their Pokedex entries.

Even though you can technically catch a Dusknoir in the wild, some of its entries like seeing it perform Strong style moves or using certain moves can be achieved much more easily if you had one and did those yourself. Since there’s a move tutor who can help you learn these moves, it takes out the headache of wondering if a wild Pokemon will do it.

How to Evolve Mantyke in Pokémon Legends: Arceus https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/how-to-evolve-mantyke-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/how-to-evolve-mantyke-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/#respond Fri, 11 Feb 2022 01:01:29 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=824201

There are plenty of Pokémon for players to get their hands on in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Mantyke is one of these Pokémon, a Water/Flying-type that eventually evolves into Mantine. While Mantine can be found in the wild – in the same area where its pre-evolution is found, too – a certain Pokédex research requirement means completionists will still need to evolve Mantyke eventually.

How to Evolve Mantyke

Mantyke can be found in the Cobalt Coastlands, alongside most other fish Pokémon in the game. Unlike those other Pokémon, Mantyke’s evolution requirements are a bit strange. There’s no need to level it up, and no items are required. Instead, players need a Mantyke and Remoraid in their party at the same time. There are no further requirements; fulfill that task, and you can evolve your Mantyke just like that.

Remoraid can also be found in the Cobalt Coastlands. Since evolution in this game is performed manually, the only preparation players need to do is to catch a Mantyke and Remoraid. If your party is full by the time you catch them, simply go to the Pastures and swap out two of your party members for the time being. Despite it being required for the evolution, you won’t lose your Remoraid after evolving Mantyke. It will just stay in the party, making it easy to evolve multiple Mantykes if you caught more than one.

To fully complete Mantyke’s Pokédex entry, players must evolve it at least once. No further evolutions must be done to complete the task. Even so, evolving some more Mantykes will lead to a higher number of Mantines caught – another research task for players to complete. Keeping a spare Remoraid around can be helpful for completing that task, especially if players stumble across a Mass Outbreak of Mantykes. While at the Cobalt Coastlands, also consider catching and evolving some other notable Pokémon, like a Finneon or a Qwilfish.

How to Evolve Finneon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/how-to-evolve-finneon-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/how-to-evolve-finneon-in-pokemon-legends-arceus/#respond Thu, 10 Feb 2022 20:49:52 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=824163

Players can find hundreds of different partners to add to their party in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Among these potential partners is Finneon, a somewhat uncommon Water-type Pokémon. It’s one of the many Pokémon that can evolve, turning into Lumineon after getting stronger. While players can catch Lumineon on its own, it’s a bit more difficult to find out in the wild. As a result, it can be more lucrative to figure out how to evolve Finneon on its own.

How to Evolve Finneon

Thankfully, Finneon is one of the easier Pokémon to evolve. There are no item requirements like with Alakazam, and no move requirements like with Wyrdeer. All it needs is to reach level 31. The hardest part is remembering that Pokémon don’t evolve automatically anymore; players must enter the menu and select Finneon to evolve it. If players somehow managed to get a Finneon at level 31 or higher only to put it in the Pastures, it must be returned to the party to access evolution.

Finneon is caught at relatively high levels, especially when considering its evolution. They can even be caught at around level 30, requiring just a touch of experience to reach its full potential. A couple of Exp. Candies can easily boost Finneon’s level high enough to evolve. However, players should take note of research requirements as well. It is not necessary to evolve Finneon to complete its Pokédex entry, and one of Lumineon’s research requirements is to catch it without being spotted. Regardless of evolution, those looking to complete the Pokédex will need to catch Lumineon on its own at some point.

Thankfully, players can find an Alpha Lumineon by Seagrass Haven to fulfill those requirements. Of course, it will be difficult to catch regardless, due to its status as an Alpha. But it’s a reliable way for players to obtain Lumineon without needing to evolve a single Finneon in their collection.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Where to Catch Cleffa https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-cleffa/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-cleffa/#respond Thu, 10 Feb 2022 20:49:26 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=824165

Pokemon Legends: Arceus trainers want to fill up their entire Pokedex, especially with those rare Fairy-types. To do so, they will need to catch or evolve their Pokemon. Cleffa, the first evolution of the Clefairy line, can only be found in one spot for trainers looking to find Fairy-types to put on their team. Not sure where to find it? We’ve got you covered.

Where to Catch Cleffa in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Cleffa can be found in the Coronet Highlands. However, Cleffa only spawns in one part of the Coronet Highlands. To catch an elusive Cleffa, head to the southwest portion of the map to the Fabled Spring. The Fabled Spring is the only spot where Pokemon trainers can find a Cleffa.

Photo-Feb-10-2-49-38-PM

Unfortunately for trainers, Cleffa is a rare spawn in that portion of the map. This means that unless you are very lucky, it will take extra time for a Cleffa to appear. Trainers may need to head back to Jubilife Village and re-enter the Coronet Highlands for a chance to spot a Cleffa.

Photo-Feb-10-2-49-53-PM

Be sure to check back regularly to the Coronet Highlands for a chance to find a Cleffa to catch. Once you have located a Cleffa, try to sneak up on it. Cleffa’s are timid so they will run away if they spot you. Distract it with a berry for an easy snag with a Poke Ball.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: How to Get Lucario https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-get-lucario/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-get-lucario/#respond Wed, 09 Feb 2022 23:24:05 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=824032

Among the many Pokémon players that can add to their roster in Pokémon Legends Arceus, the Fighting/Steel type Lucario is without a shadow of a doubt a fan favorite, thanks to their design and moves. With that said, and to make sure that you can add the Pokémon to your squad as fast as possible, here are all the ways in which you can get Lucario in Pokémon Legends Arceus.

How to Get Lucario in Pokémon Legends Arceus

Unfortunately, with the exception of its Alpha version, players cannot catch a Lucario as they explore Hisui. With that said, it is possible to get the Pokémon by first catching its unevolved form, Riolu, and then evolving them. Once you catch a Riolu, you will be able to evolve them into a Lucario by simply raising their friendship level during the day. After doing that, you just need to open your satchel and manually trigger the evolution. You can catch a wild Riolu on the Alabaster Icelands, by heading to either Icebond Falls, or to a pond located south of Snowfall Hot Spring.

Where to Find Alpha Lucario

As we said above, the only Lucario players can catch in Pokémon Legends Arceus is the Alpha Lucario (Lv.70), which will be located on Alabaster Icelands, more specifically on Icebound Falls, in the southmost part of the map. With that said, as all Alpha Pokémon available in the game, the Alpha Lucario will be extremely aggressive and will be able to use extremely advanced moves.

Now that you know how to get Lucario in Pokémon Legends Arceus, don’t forget to check out where to catch EeveeChimcharPiplup, and Turtwig as well as where to catch all the Alpha Pokémon available in the game.

Pokémon Legends Arceus – Tips for Completing Pokedex https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-tips-for-completing-pokedex/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-tips-for-completing-pokedex/#respond Wed, 09 Feb 2022 22:51:34 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823999

Differently from many games in the series, your main ambition in Pokémon Legends Arceus is not to become a Pokémon Master but to help in the confection of the Hisui Pokedex. With that said, if completing the Pokédex and having increased chances of finding shiny variants is not enough to motivate players to thoughtfully explore Hisui, those who fully complete it can also get access to Arceus, who is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best Pokémon in the game. Now, to help you get Arceus and uncover all of Hisui’s secrets as fast as possible, here are a few tips sure to help you complete the Hisui Pokedex on Pokémon Legends Arceus.

Reach Research Level 10 as Soon as Possible

First of all, to complete the Hisui Pokédex you must not only observe and catch the Pokémon but also complete their entries in the Pokédex, which can only be done by increasing their research-level all the way to 10. Something you can do by completing their specific Research Tasks, which can vary from capturing the Pokémon, battling with them, making use of specific moves, evolving them into various forms, and leveling them up to their full potential, to many more complicated tasks. With that said, completing the entries as soon as possible will not only save you a lot of time in the post-game but also allow you to unlock many perks early on.

Complete Post-Game Missions in Legends Arceus

As one would expect, you can get access to a wide amount of Pokémon by taking part in the many missions available throughout the game. But what many players don’t know is that taking part in the post-game missions is the only way to get access to many legendaries, such as Regigigas, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, and Cresselia, among many others, all of which are needed to complete the index. With that said, we advise you to take the missions on as soon as possible, while always remembering to not face them without being thoughtfully prepared, as to get the Pokémon you will have to first face them in battle.

Complete as Many Requests as Possible at Once

Just as it is true with the many missions available throughout the game, you will also be able to take on many requests, many of which will unlock some of the game’s best Pokémon, such as the Ghost/Dragon Legendary Giratina, and the new legendary Fairy/flying type Enamorus. With that out of the way, completing requests should also be treated as a priority for those looking to complete their Pokédex as soon as possible, as they allow you the chance to earn many rewards, all while exploring.

During their journey in the newly released Pokémon Legends Arceus, players can take part in a wide amount of requests, given to them by many of the NPC’s present in Hisui. With that said, even if many of the requests are straightforward, some will see players venturing to multiple regions after either specific items or Pokémon. Now, to make sure that you can complete all the requests available in the game, we will tell you how to complete Pokémon Legends Arceus’ The Taste of Honey request.

Pokémon Legends Arceus – How to Complete The Taste of Honey Request

Just like the game’s ”Shellos of the East and West” request, to complete Pokémon Legends Arceus’ 57th request, players will need to catch a specific Pokémon, in this case, a Combee, multiple times and at specific locations. With that said, after triggering ”The Taste of Honey”, which you can do by going to the Galaxy Hall at any time after you defeat Arcanine as part of the main story, you will be able to catch the first two Combee by heading to the Obisidian Fieldlands. The first one will be on Gruelling Grove, once in the area, you will be able to spot the Pokémon fairly easily in the open area. The second one, on the other hand, will be on Ramanas Island, southeast of Sandgreen Flats, but there’s a catch, as you will only be able to catch them by hitting the shaking trees present in the area. After doing that, you will be able to catch the final Combee on Cobalt Coastlands, more specifically on an area south of Aipom Hill. Once you catch all three, just return to Jubbilife Village and show Almous the Pokémon to complete the request.

To recap, here’s where you can find each of the Combee’s needed to complete The Taste of Honey request:

  • On Obisidian Fieldlands, in the Gruelling Grove area.
  • On the Obisidian Fieldlands, in Ramanas Island. Can only be caught by hitting the shaking trees in the area.
  • On Aipom Hill, located on Cobalt Coastlands.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: How to Change Shaymin Forms https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-change-shaymin-forms/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-change-shaymin-forms/#respond Wed, 09 Feb 2022 20:11:54 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823966

Pokémon Legends: Arceus allows fans of the series to get their hands on Shaymin, as long as they have a copy of Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield. With save data from those games, the quest to catch Shaymin becomes available. While it’s unnecessary to complete the game, this Mythical Pokémon has a couple of unique traits players might want – such as the ability to change forms. Thankfully, if players have already completed the quest, it’s easy to change Shaymin forms as they please.

How to Change Shaymin Forms

When players obtain Shaymin, it will be in its Land Forme. This is what Shaymin will look like by default. In order to change it into its Sky Forme, players need to use the Gracidea on Shaymin during daytime. Thankfully, the Gracidea is automatically received during Shaymin’s quest, so players won’t need to do any further searching or grinding to change forms. It’s also an infinite-use item, so changing forms doesn’t cost anything.

Sky Forme Shaymin is a powerful Pokémon to have in your team. However, there are some limits to changing its form – unlike certain other Legendary Pokémon in this game. For one, Shaymin can only be in Sky Forme during the day. You can keep it in this form at night, but it will revert to Land Forme as soon as you enter a battle. Additionally, Shaymin will revert to Land Forme whenever it is placed in the Pastures; if you want to prevent this, just keep it in your party.

Compared to Land Forme, Sky Forme Shaymin has greater speed and attack. It also has a massive weakness to Ice, so players should avoid pitting it up against Ice-Type Pokémon like Glaceon. Regardless, Shaymin’s increased strength makes it a force to be reckoned with.

With that said, for those who are looking to increase the number of items available on the Clothier, completing all of Anthe’s requests is a must. Now, to make sure that you can unlock all items as soon as possible, we will tell you how to trigger and complete the Shellos of the East and West request in Pokémon Legends Arceus.

Shellos of the East and West Request Guide – Where to find the Shellos

After triggering the ”Shellos of the East and West” request, which you can do by visiting Anthe on Jubilife Village after reaching the game’s ninth main mission and completing the game’s 24th Request: Inspiration from Hippopotas, you will be able to find the East Sea Shello, which is blue and green, by going to the Cobalt Coastlands and heading to either Tranquility Cove or to Seagrass Haven. It’s important to point out that you will need to use the Basculegion mount to reach the places where the Pokémon will spawn. The West Sea Shello, on the other hand, will be pink and white and can be caught in both Sandgem Flats and Ramanas Island, both located in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Once you manage to catch both Pokémon, you just need to return to Jubilife Village and show both to Anthe to complete the request.

To recap, here’s how to complete the Shellos of the East and West Request:

  • Go to either Tranquility Cove or Seagrass Haven and catch an East Sea Shello.
  • Head to either Sandgem Flats or Ramanas Island and catch a West Sea Shello.
  • Return to Anthe and show her the Pokémon.

You will need every advantage you can get to best counter his Spiritomb.

Spiritomb’s Weaknesses and Best Counters in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Spiritomb’s only counter in Pokemon Legends: Arceus is the Fairy-type. In the game, there is only a handful of Fairy-type Pokemon. Those Pokemon include Gardevoir, Clefable, Slyveon, and Mr. Mime.

The first Pokemon you can find early in the game is Eevee in the Obsidian Fieldlands. You can evolve Eevee into the Fairy-type Sylveon to help tackle the fight against Spiritomb.

Sylveon-Legends-Arceus

The next Pokemon you could use against Spiritomb is Gardevoir. Gardevoir’s first-stage Pokemon is Ralts. After finding a Ralts, you can evolve it into a Kirlia then into a Gardevoir at level 30.

Ralts-Pokemon-Legends-Arceus

The last two usable Pokemon for the fight against Spiritomb are Mr. Mime and Clefable. You can evolve a Mime Jr. into a Mr. Mime or you can find a Mr. Mime in the Obsidian Fieldlands. You can also find Clefairys to evolve into Clefables using a Moon Stone.

Since Volo will be sending out his Spiritomb first in the fight, it is important to send out your Fairy-type Pokemon first.

You could also use a Pokemon that knows a Fairy-type move, but you will want to make sure that your Pokemon will not be quickly eliminated by the quick Spiritomb.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: Which is the Real Burmy Request Guide https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-which-is-the-real-burmy-request-guide/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-which-is-the-real-burmy-request-guide/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 11:49:39 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823770

Pokémon Legends Arceus players can, during their journey throughout the new yet familiar region of Hisui, complete many requests, all sure to give them plenty of rewards. With that said, and to make sure that you can complete all the requests available in Pokémon Legends Arceus, we will now tell you how to trigger and complete the game’s 73rd Request, ”Which is the Real Burmy?”.

Which is the Real Burmy Request Guide

To complete Pokémon Legends Arceus’ 73rd Request: ”Which is the Real Burmy?” you will need to capture three specific Burmy’s, a Plant Cloak one, a Sandy Cloak one, and a Trash Cloak one, and then show them twice to Leif, Duna, and Tarush, a group of NPC’s placed close to the entrance of Jubilife Village. You can start the quest by going to the village and talking to the NPCs after triggering the game’s 12th mission, ”The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra”. After triggering the request, you can find a Plant Cloak Burmy by heading to the Obsidian Fieldlands and then throwing your Pokéballs at the shaking trees scattered throughout the area. The Sandy Cloak Burmy can be found on Crimson Mirelands, while the Trash Cloak Burmy can be found at the Cobalt Coastlands. As we said above, once you catch all three variants, you just need to head to the village and show the Pokémon to the NPCs. Once you do that, you will need to complete Burmy’s Pokédex entry and then show the Pokémon to the NPCs again, which will complete the request.

To recap, here’s what you need to do to complete the Which is the Real Burmy? request in Pokémon Legends Arceus:

  • Trigger the game’s 12th mission.
  • Talk to Leif, Duna, and Tarush on Jubilife Village.
  • Go to the Obsidian Fieldlands and catch the Plant Cloak Burmy.
  • Go to the Crimson Mirelands and catch the Sandy Cloak Burmy.
  • Go to the Cobalt Coastlands and catch the Trash Cloak Burmy.
  • Go back to the NPCs and show the Pokémon.
  • Complete Burmy’s Pokédex entry.
  • Talk to the NPCs again.

Now that you know how to complete the request, don’t forget to check out how to catch the legendary genies Tornadus, Thundurus, Landorus, as well as the new legendary Fairy/flying type Enamorus in Pokémon Legends Arceus.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Where to Catch Bonsly https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-bonsly/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-bonsly/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 11:40:47 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823697

The baby pokemon that is Bonsly can be a rare sight in Pokemon Legends Arceus. The most recent title made by Gamefreak, belonging to the well-renowned franchise that is Pokemon has changed up the game formula considerably. With the notable absence of pokemon breeding, catching or trading for certain pokemon become the remaining options that can be considered for players. And in the instance of baby pokemon who are minuscule making them difficult to spot, the act of discovering and catching them can prove to be a difficult endeavor. This guide will illustrate what players need to know to catch Bonsly and add it to their Pokedex collection.

Where can Bonsly be discovered in-game?

In Legends Arceus Bonsly is a pokemon that can be found at Cloudpool Ridge in Crimson Mirelands, and Celestica Ruins in the Coronet Highlands. Cloudpool Ridge being the first place that is made available to the player out of the two makes it easier to cover in-depth for this guide. The player will firstly want to fast travel to the Diamond Clan settlement and maneuver to the west of said outpost. This will place the player just a bit south of Cloudpool Ridge, across the rocky terrain of Diamond Heath. In the woods, players will likely stumble upon Paras and Parasects, alongside the target of this guide, Bonsly.

Pokemon-Legends-Arceus-Bonsly-Location-1

In instances where a Bonsly is absent from the premises, however, players will need to travel back to Jubilife village and revisit the location to reset the Pokemon spawns for Crimson Mirelands. Which will allow players to try to make Bonsly appear once again. It is necessary to note that Bonsly spawns are seemingly not restricted to a certain cycle of the day, so players are also free to change the in-game time to see if that has changed the spawns. If all of the above is considered with due diligence, then a Bonsly should appear for the player sooner or later. Save a good distance away from the animated bonsai, just to be safe.

Pokemon-Legends-Arceus-Bonsly-screenshot

Bonsly isn’t a Pokemon with an aggressive disposition. Running at it to initiate combat wouldn’t be the best course of action, lest the pokemon simply bolts and disappears. Distracting it using food or using nearby tall grass to get close enough for an easy catch are all viable methods to consider. If players prove to be successful in their venture, then the captured Bonsly will prove beneficial for research and Pokedex purposes. If the encounter leads to a failed attempt where the Bonsly escaped, however, simply reload the save that was made before the capture attempt, and try again.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available now on the Nintendo Switch.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: How to Unlock New Items at the Store https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-unlock-new-items-at-the-store/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-unlock-new-items-at-the-store/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 06:36:51 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823639

Pokémon Legends Arceus players can get access to a good amount of items by going to the General Store located on Lubilife Village. But did you know that you can actually increase the number of items available in the store? With that said, and to help you get access to as many items as you can on the game, here’s how to unlock new items at the store in Pokémon Legends Arceus.

How to Unlock New Items at the Store in Pokémon Legends Arceus

You can increase the items available in Lubilife Village’s General Store by completing four different requests, ”Getting Ahold of New Wares”, ”More New Wares”, ”Even More New Wares”, and ”New Wares Yet Again”. All the requests will have you do the same thing, first go to the General Store and talk to Choy. Then collect a few units of said item and then bring them to Tao Hua, who will be on the lower floor of the Galaxy Hall. Once you talk to him you just need to go back to Choy to unlock the new set of items.

You can check out what you need to do to unlock all four requests below, as well as what items will be unlocked at the store:

  • Getting Ahold of New Wares: The game’s 23rd request can be unlocked after you reach the game’s seventh main mission, ”Arezu’s Predicament”. Once you complete the request, you will be able to buy Heavy Balls, Feather Balls, Super Potions, Smoke Bombs, Mushroom Cakes, and Honey Cakes at the store.
  • More New Wares: The request can be unlocked after completing ”Getting Ahold of New Items” and reaching the game’s ninth main mission, ”A New Mission”. Once completed, you will be able to buy Great Balls, Hyper Potions, Full Heals, Stealth Sprays, Scatter Bangs, and Grain Cakes at the store.
  • Even More New Wares: The request can be unlocked after completing ”More New Wares”, and reaching the game’s 11th mission, ”Scaling Perilous Heights”. Once completed, you will be able to buy Leaden Balls, Wing Balls, Max Potions, and Bean Cakes at the store.
  • New Wares Yet Again: The request can be unlocked after completing ”Even More New Wares” and reaching the game’s 12th mission, ”The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra”. Once completed, you will be able to buy Ultra Balls, Full Restores, Max Revives, Sticky Glob, and Salt Cakes at the store.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: How to Evolve Basculin into Basculegion https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-evolve-basculin-into-basculegion/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-evolve-basculin-into-basculegion/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 06:04:00 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823706

Pokemon Legends: Arceus included quite a few new mons in the ever-expanding roster of over 900 Pokemon. One of them includes the evolution of Basculin—Basculegion. This evolution is also one that you can use outside of battle for surfing. You can actually use this Pokemon to battle. So here’s how you evolve Basculin into Basculegion in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

How to evolve Basculin into Basculegion in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Evolving Basculin into Basculegion requires a different method of evolution than leveling, using an evolution item like Black Augurite for Kleavor, or happiness. Instead, Basculin has to take an accumulated total of 300 damage from recoil.

This means that you have to use self-damaging moves to get that. While taking this damage, Basculin cannot faint after using the attack. If this happens, this doesn’t count towards its 300 minimum damage. Unlike other Pokemon games, it won’t just randomly evolve after a battle. You’ll have to evolve it manually outside of battle. The game will tell you when it’s ready.

Unfortunately, the only moves that give Basculin recoil damage are Wave Crash and Double Edge. It can’t learn anything else, but it’ll do.

Before getting a Basculegion and wanting to use it, you should consider its gender. The male and female variants differ visually and stat-wise. The male Basculegion has a higher Attack stat while the female variant has a higher Sp. Attack stat. This depends on the kind of setup you want to have when using it for battle.

For males, you want your Basculegion to have an Adamant nature while for females, you want a Modest nature. Every other stat distribution is the same. Because of this, you’ll even want to tune your moves according to their strengths. This also means you should probably visit Zisu to teach it a larger set of moves.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

Pokemon Legends Arceus: Where to Catch Munchlax https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-munchlax/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-munchlax/#respond Tue, 08 Feb 2022 02:31:42 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823679

Munchlax is a surprisingly tricky Pokedex entry to complete in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Despite sticking out like a sore thumb because of its bold color of fur and size, this lazy and hungry mon is definitely hiding out on the Survey Corps. Since this game doesn’t have breeding, you can’t use the much easier-to-catch Snorlax to fulfill the Pokedex requirements for you. So here is where to catch Munchlax in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

Where to catch Munchlax in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

Munchlax can be found in two places in the Hisui region. The first location is in the Obsidian Fieldlands, specifically in the Deertrack Heights area. This is by the second camp established, after successfully defeating or catching the Alpha Kricketune. Second, Munchlax can be found in the Snowfall Hot Springs area in the Alabaster Icelands.

Munchlax is a rare spawn, so you may have to do some entering and exiting the area until it shows up. In any case, you should also battle to catch or defeat the Pokemon that inhabit the area. This increases the chances of additional Pokemon spawning, including the likes of Munchlax.

As previously mentioned, since breeding is not in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you can’t simply catch the Alpha Snorlax that spawns all the time by the Sandgem flats and make your own Munchlaxes.

If you want to complete the Pokedex research entry for Munchlax, you’ll need to do the following:

  • Number caught: 1, 2, 4, 6, 10
  • Number you’ve caught without being spotted: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
  • Times you’ve seen it use Rest: 1, 2, 4, 10, 15
  • Times you’ve given it food: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20
  • Number you’ve evolved: 1

This would mean you have to encounter and catch AT THE LEAST, 10 Munchlaxes in the wild. They aren’t the type to be easily startled and run if alerted of you. In any case, you can always give it food by throwing your excess berries and other food items to complete the “Times you’ve given it food” task.

As for the many times to see it use Rest, once you have a Munchlax in your party, just use that towards lower-level Pokemon to avoid fainting.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: Where to Catch Dusclops https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-dusclops/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-where-to-catch-dusclops/#respond Mon, 07 Feb 2022 21:13:21 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823417

Pokémon Legends Arceus gives its players the ability to add a wide roster of more than two hundred Pokémon to their squad, including legendaries and mystic types. With that said, even though some Pokémon are common and easy to catch and evolve, others can prove to be a little more challenging. With that said, and to make sure that you can complete your Pokédex and assemble your dream team as fast as possible, we will now tell you how to catch the Ghost-type Dusclops, as well as how to evolve them into Dusknoir in the newly released Pokémon Legends Arceus.

Where to Catch Dusclops in Pokémon Legends Arceus

You can find and catch a Dusclops in Pokémon Legends Arceus by going to Cobalt Coastlands, more specifically to the Deadwood Haunt area, located between Bathere’s Lagoon and Sand’s Reach. It’s important to point out that the Pokémon will only spawn at night. It is also possible to find Dusclops in the Alabaster Icelands, more specifically in both Avalanche Slopes and Arena’s Approach. With that said, once you find the Pokémon, you can choose to catch them without being seen or battle them. If you would prefer to do the catch in the stealth way, we recommend that you remain crouched and make use of the environment, mainly tall grass, to avoid detection. When battling Dusclops, we recommend that you use Dragon-type Pokémon and focus on inflicting status ailments.

After catching a Dusclops, you can evolve the Pokémon by using a Reaper Cloth. You can get a Reaper Cloth by going to the Item Exchange Post, located on Jubilife Village, where you can buy the item for 1,400 Merit Points.

Pokémon Legends Arceus gives players the chance to catch shiny variants of many of the Pokémon available in the game, but finding the variant versions is, in true Pokémon fashion, an extremely rare occurrence. With that said, the game offers, for those looking to get the shiny versions of all their favorite Pokémon, an item capable of increasing the rate at which the encounters happen, but getting it is not an easy feat. Now, to help you get both the item and your favorite Shiny Pokémon as fast as possible here’s how to get the Shiny Charm in Pokémon Legends Arceus.

How to Get the Shiny Charm in Pokémon Legends Arceus

You can get the Shiny Charm in Pokémon Legends Arceus by visiting Professor Laventon in the Galaxy Hall, but only after completing the Hisui Pokédex and reaching research level 10 on all of its 242 entries. It’s also worth pointing out that completing the tasks marked with two white arrows will reward you with more points, so you might want to prioritize them during your quest to reach research level 10 with all the Pokémon available in the game.

Pokémon Legends Arceus: How to Rematch Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-rematch-dialga-palkia-and-arceus/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-how-to-rematch-dialga-palkia-and-arceus/#respond Sun, 06 Feb 2022 23:15:36 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823294

The fun doesn’t end when you complete Pokémon Legends: Arceus. After completing the main story, players will still have the opportunity to face new battles as they continue seeking out every Pokémon. By the end of it all, they’ll come face-to-face with Arceus itself. Once they finally catch this mythical being, players have essentially done everything there is to do. But for those that want to re-experience the rush of fighting the Legendary Pokémon once more, it’s possible to rematch Dialga, Palkia, and even Arceus itself.

This article will contain spoilers for Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

How to Rematch Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus

Players will only be able to begin these rematches after catching Arceus. Afterwards, returning to the Temple of Sinnoh will cause the Arc Phone to ring. Following the prompts will let players choose between Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus for a rematch. Every single rematch will be available no matter which side you took during the Disaster Looming mission, but you can only fight Dialga and Palkia’s Origin Formes.

Each rematch is similar to the original battle, as they’re fought using the same system as Noble Pokémon. There is one minor difference, however, which becomes clear when managing to send out your own Pokémon during the fight. Dialga and Palkia are now level 85, and Arceus is level 100. These are some of the highest levels of any wild Pokémon, so players will be in for a tough fight. Thankfully, there are no restrictions on which Pokémon you can take; feel free to bring along your own Arceus when facing these foes.

Completing these rematches will also result in some special rewards. Players will receive Exp. Candies for completing each rematch; if they win without receiving any damage, they’ll also receive Grit Pebbles or a Grit Rock. Feel free to check out the online database Serebii for more details about these rematches.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is an exclusive title for the Nintendo Switch.

Pokémon Legends Arceus – Which Eevee Evolution is the Best https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-which-eevee-evolution-is-the-best/ https://attackofthefanboy.com/guides/pokemon-legends-arceus-which-eevee-evolution-is-the-best/#respond Sun, 06 Feb 2022 21:51:55 +0000 https://attackofthefanboy.com/?p=823282

Pokémon Legends Arceus allows its players to evolve their Eevee into all of its available evolutions, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon. But among all the Eevee evolutions you can add to your team in the newly released Pokémon Legends Arceus, which one is the best?

Pokémon Legends Arceus – Which Eevee Evolution is the Best

In true Pokémon fashion, all of Eevee’s evolutions have their own strong and weak suits. Stats-wise, among all evolutions, Flareon has the highest base Attack, Leafeon has the highest base Defense, Vaporeon has the highest base HP, Umbreon has the highest base Special Defense, while Glaceon and Espeon tie with the highest base Special Attack among all evolutions. Looking solely to speed, Jolteon is the best of the loot.

That aside, taking into account their moves, as well as their base stats, the best all-rounders among all Eevee evolutions are Leafeon and Sylveon, depending on which type of attack you plan to focus on, with Jolteon falling slightly behind on stats but leaving the two on the dust on the speed department. On the other hand, if you are looking for an evolution capable of dealing extremely high damage, Flareon would be our choice, thanks to their high base attack and good Special Attack. With that said, it’s important to point out that the way you build your Pokémon can draticalçly affect their performance, so it’s vital that you focus on their strong suits. That aside, it is also important to say, yet again, that each evolution has its own strengths and weakness, with all of them being capable of exceeding while in the right matchups.

Now that you know what Eevee evolution can be considered the best in Pokémon Legends Arceus, don’t forget to check out where to catch Eevee, as well as how to evolve them into Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon.
